Hi. I reached out on the chat yesterday with Kim about the Shopify app on the iPad version I haven’t been able to use it it’s not working it fades or closes while I try to login with the passcode on the IPad. With regards to your query, the Community is a great place to gather some information from contributors who possibly have similar experiences and may share some troubleshooting tips. However, given that you already have an ongoing ticket with our Retail team, we always refer you back to that ticket for the most seamless interaction.

 

If you were given the expectation that a resolution was going to be offered today, I recommend you reply directly to that email thread to inquire of an update regarding this matter. By responding directly to that thread, you will reach the people/team who is directly handling this matter for us and will be able to provide the most accurate information moving forward.
