Why is my Loyalty Lion app showing an error?

Hi! Whenever I go to Loyalty Lion app in Shopify. It gives me this error:

Based on your screenshot, I have a pretty good idea as to what may be going on here. The error you're receiving is suggesting that the profile you'd logged into while trying to accessing the application is not the account owner profile. You will want to login to the account owner profile, re-install the application, and then things should begin operating as normal. 

 

Are there multiple people that have access to your store? Are you the account owner for the Shopify store? If so, please let me know, as we will likely need to connect you with our live support team so they can investigate the staff accounts on your store, as the error you're receiving is suggesting there is more than one.

Hi!

I hope you are doing well.

We've had an issue with the Loyalty Lion's app earlier. We weren’t able to
get into Loyalty Lion, tried 5 times and then we happened to see this
variant on our website where one of our products became free because
there's a reward listed. We wanted to know what caused this.

Thanks for your reply and the additional information. I'm wondering if you took the time to checkout the information I provided in my original post? Did you end up being able to access the Loyalty Lion application at all? 

 

Based on the new information you've provided, it sounds like the application created a free variant in your store that you weren't aware of. Is this correct? Did you fix this unintentional variant? 

 

It appears that you tried to post some screenshots, but they didn't seem to load properly. Can you try uploading those images again for me to look at? 

 

As I'm a little unclear on where you're at with things currently, I'll wait for your reply before I advise on any next steps. I would greatly appreciate being provided the information requested so I can fully understand the situation and provide you with the best assistance possible.
