I developed a payment gateway and most of the transaction works well. But recently I got a wired response from Shopify when I resolve a refund. Shopify told me that Refund session doesn't exist(screenshot 1) while I'm using exactly the gid that sent from Shopify(screenshot 2). Could someone help with this?
