Why is my qikify Smart Menu inconsistently displaying on my site?

I use the "Smart Menu" for the desktop menu and the "Mobile Menu" app from qikify for the mobile version. I have the problem that the menus are not always displayed. Sometimes it works directly when loading the start page, sometimes you have to click on a product, sometimes I reload the page 5 times and still the original theme menu is displayed. This applies equally to the desktop and mobile version. It seems so arbitrary. Sometimes it works immediately, sometimes not at all. I can't describe an exact situation when it appears. Sometimes it's like this, sometimes like that. Can anyone help me here?

I dont know what actualy was the problem, but the support team from qikify solved it.
