Why is my "SmartPopUp" app not working for mobile?

Currently im using this free pop up app name SmartPopUp

My desktop seems to be working fine for the pop up. 

While my mobile looks like this

As the app SmartPopUp: Promotion Popup is considered to be third-party, the best thing you can do is connect with them directly for further investigation. Their support team will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved.

To connect with them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and scroll to the bottom of the page to select Support > Send a message.
