Why is my recharge subscription widget not displaying correctly?

Hello, I am attempting to integrate the recharge subscription widget into this theme. As you can see from the attachments it is displaying properly for one item, but not the other. I cannot drag the element around in the theme editor due to the way the theme is setup. Is there a way I can fix this using code? The store is running on this theme.
