Why is my Royal Mail Click and Drop not syncing?

I have been using the Click and Drop add on and my orders usually appear on Click and Drop no problem. Today my orders aren't appearing there. I can create an order manually - but the point of the app is to take this painful part away. Any ideas? I have checked that Click and Drop is showing as a sales channel for the orders. Not sure how to get it to sync.

If so, I'd encourage you to connect with the app developer directly. As Click & Drop would be considered to be third-party, their app developers will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved. 


To connect with the app developer, you can head into the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Click & Drop' section to view their support options.
