Why is my sales channel enabled app showing 'content blocked' error?

I have created an app in my partner's dashboard with sales channel enabled, after that I installed that in one of my development store (local-vocal-kiwi@shopify.com), but now when I am clicking on the app (madelocal) from my store admin under sales channel listing, its giving me "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

 I am using Ruby on Rails to develop application.

How can I fix this?
