Why is my Shopify announcement bar app not displaying on a local server?

I created shopify annoncement bar app but when user try to  install app on local server there is generate this error:

Refused to display 'this is store URL' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

Also app will be installed but not display dashboard ,and also app will be connected to database
