Why is my Trustpilot app not connecting in Shopify?

When trying top connect with Trustpilot app in Shopify I get the following error/notification:

'Looks like this Shopify store is currently or previously connected to an existing domain on Trustpilot. Please get in touch if this isn’t right.'

How to solve this issue? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Same issue and seems like Trustpilot customer service can't get this fixed. Any solutions?

It doesn’t say anywhere in the installation proceed nor in documentation, but the problem was that the Trustpilot doesn’t work on development stores. You have to be on live system for integration to work which initially was fix.
