Why is Shopify Flow not showing the latest order shipping address?

Hi. When I test getting a customer's last order shipping address I'm given the address from an order way back. I've run several test orders since the order that is returned, some unfulfilled and some fulfilled, and the latest order isn't returned.

Any insight?

I emailed myself the order details of the customer's last order, and it's actually the customer's FIRST order. That means order.customer.lastOrder.shippingAddress.address1 isn't the last order.

Is this broken or am I doing something wrong?
