Why is Stocky showing a 504 error and loading slowly?

I am trying to set up re-order points for my inventory in stocky, but when I click 'view all' on the low stock tab, the page loads for about 5 minutes until finally returning a 504 error. Most of the pages also tend to be rather slow. I have quite a few products and variants in my Shopify inventory that may be leading to the performance issues, but I do not need to sync all of them in stocky. Could this be the issue? If so, is there a way to limit the collections that are pulled by stocky so that I can perform the functions I need only on those collections?

Did you ever get a solution to this?  I have a open ticket for 504 error.  Happens on any computer and any browser.  The stocky app is almost useless to us for the Products because a search for anything in products results in this error after about 30 seconds.   We have approx 49K items that migrated over from QBPOS.  There is supposedly unlimited products allowed but the Shopify servers don't seem to be able to handle it?
