Why is the app sort order suddenly mixed up?

Starting today, I see the order of the applications is messed up all over. Applications that are ranked at the top are pushed to the bottom, applications that are ranked below are pushed to the top. I see there are even very poor quality applications that are also pushed to the top. Does anyone know what's going on?

I assume this is again Shopify's next disaster update. Looks like they didn't stop the fake review problem so they lowered the criteria of the review in ranking priority. I have tried searching many keywords and the rankings are so ridiculous now.
