Hello,
The Digital Downloads app within my client's store is throwing up a 502 Bad Gateway error message.
Please can someone help me to get rid of this, so I can access the app to solve a separate issue?

Hi @abigailckc,
Could you explain to me how and when the 502 gateway happens when you are using the app? If you could walk me through what steps you're taking when the error occurs that would greatly help me diagnose the issue. The more context you can provide, the better.
In the meantime, could you confirm whether you've tried using the app on different browsers, devices, and internet connections to see if the issue replicates? If not, I'd recommend you try that to see if those are contributing factors.
