Why is the Follow-up Email Marketing App not working?

The app Follow up Email Marketing seems to be down.  The link that goes to https://app.followupemailapp.com/admin/ triggers a "Gateway Timeout" error message.  

I tried reaching out to them via their "Contact Us" link, but have received no response after a few hours.  Any information on this would be appreciated.
