Why is the min-max function not limiting customer purchases?

Hi, we (girlsdontcrshop) are selling on complexland.com through shopify.

I set maximums of 1-2 per customer and people are still able to buy more than that.

I need to know how to fix this so that we our drops in the following days has no errors.
