today one customer reach us to tell us that he is not able to return feedback:
Opening the store in partners account I can see:
By all means, this seems not to be a development store or an associated store with the account.
So I was wondering what may be the case that this can happen. Store used the app close to a month, and upgraded today to a plan and wanted to leave feedback.
Yep, seems he needed to write at least 100 charts 🙂 Maybe need better error messaging.
