Our shopify product prices include VAT which is displayed to the customer at checkout. When an order comes through the VAT line item is clearly visible on the orders screen. The problem we have is when orders come through TikTok shop, and picked up by Shopify, the VAT line item is missing on the order details page.
Does anyone on here know why this is happening and if there's a recommended solution for this?
I've asked the support team at Tik Tok, but no response yet.
