Why isn't GA4 working for my app listing?

Hi,

I added my Google Analytics measurement ID (G-ID) to my app listing but the data stream is not working. Is there any way for me to debug this issue? I set up another data stream and added it to a demo store. I can see the traffic for the demo store but I cannot see it for the app listing. 

Any help?
