Why isn't Globo Smart Product & Filter updating my collections?

I have had this app working, but today it won't update my collections to what I have manually updated them to in shopify. I manually merchandise my products so that they are viewed in a certain order. I have tried contacting customer service, but no one is getting back tome. Does anyone use this app and know how to fix this issue?
