Why isn't Langify displaying my Korean translations on my second store?

Hello,

I recently created my second online store and, having been satisfied with the langify app on my first store, I decided to use it again for my second store. However, I'm facing an issue with the app after translating the product titles into Korean, just as I did for my first store. Although the app indicates that I have completed all the translations, they are not showing up on my website. I have already reached out to langify for assistance, but I have not received a response from them yet.
Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @ljy7031

You can try clearing the browser cache and reloading your website.

If the problem still persists, you can reach out to the support team of the translation app. Might be a minor glitch or some hidden incompatibility with the theme.

Hope this helps 🙂

Keep me posted on how it goes!

Hi @ljy7031,

the most common cause of this issue are not published translations.

Please make sure to publish Langify to your Theme as described in this guide (this is the new publishing method via the Shopify App Embed section):
