Why isn't my app bridge 3 theme extension connecting to payment options?

We have small issue and would appreciate any guidance, we updated to app bridge 3 however since then, we are having issues with our app theme extension, where the payment option is not connecting to the product, and the preorder payment button is not displaying, would appreciate any help resolving the issue
