Why isn't my digital downloads app functioning?

MY digital downloads app is not working I    will need instructions on how to get it working.

My stopped working today. All links are broken with the error:

I'm afraid because a sold more than 6 thousands files with that and now, stopped working.

Hi, 

Unfortunate to hear your app is causing obstructions. You could try alternate apps which seem to be better than the Shopify built app

I believe Wire could be the app to address your use case

- You can sell files, images, URLs and text 

- Send out customized emails to customers upon file delivery
