Why isn't my Dovetail account active yet?

Hi

I am a member of an affiliate programme on Dovetail and created my Shopify account with the same email address weeks ago but my Dovetail account (fushi) is still not active.

I am getting email reminders to set up my Shopify account...

Please advise

I am a creator - as in I am a member of Sushi Wellbeing affiliate programme, I do not work for Sushi.
