Why isn't my eBay syncing with Shopify anymore?

Until last week, was working fine but today I receive an order only on eBay.

Can someone help me please?

Hey @GreenValley, what tool/application are you using to perform the integration with Ebay? Could you describe how it was originally working and how it is different now? Also, do you know if it may be caused by any recent updates to the application/tool?

The integration is Shopify Sales Channel by Shopify.

I don't see an eBay sales channel app by Shopify https://apps.shopify.com/partners/shopify. Are you sure it's a Shopify developed app? Are you using this eBay integration app (https://apps.shopify.com/ebay) by any chance?

Have you tried any of the other unofficial eBay sync apps on the Shopify app store? There are a couple that are pretty highly rated: https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=eBay
