Why isn't my Facebook pixel connecting after app reinstall?

hi!
i installed facebook & instagram, and while trying to connect my FB pixel, i realised i made a mistake during the installation process.
to troubleshoot, i decided to delete the app from my shopify, and reinstall it.
deleting worked, but when i click on install, the page reloads and nothing happens.
