I am trying to connect with shopify and facebook shop auto sync product but this not work, can you please take a look about this. it's emergency

If you are attempting to connect your store to your Facebook business page, you can do so using the Facebook Sales Channel. Once you have successfully connected your accounts and set up your available products, you can then have your products synced and available on the Facebook platform.
With that being said, could you let me know if you are experiencing any specific error message? As this context will allow us to assist you further in this situation.
Since we cannot authenticate you over our public forums and you are needing to contact our support immediately - you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the issue with syncing your products with a Support Advisor.
