Hello,
I am having an issue with the Google Sales Channel and its free product listings. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced the same issue and how was it resolved? All my products are approved for Google Sales Channel and it's free product listings, and were all published and showing up. Now all of a sudden my all products are saying that they didn't publish to Google and have an "age" and "gender" missing value. I've noticed before this that some days they would be published and some days they wouldn't be. Does Google Sales Channel Free product listings resync daily?
I went in each product and manually entered in "age" and "gender" values but that still didn't publish the products. I do have a GoogleAds Shopping Campaign currently running, could this be causing the Google Sales Channel Free product listings through Shopify to not sync? All my products are custom and fulfilled through Printful or Printify. Also all my products are sync'd correctly for my GoogleAds Shopping Campaign and are showing up. Is this something that Google is doing to possibly prevent my products from showing up twice? My GoogleAds Shopping Campaign is set to run within certain hours daily only so I would assume outside of those hours the Free product listings through Google Sales Channel should be active/published.
I'm confused and haven't been able to find any answers. Any advice at this point will be appreciated.

The free app, is not a great app and lacks a lot of features and functionality. I recommend as this is a technical issue, to report it to Shopify directly.
Syncing issues are purely the app you are using. If this app does not work, consider using a different one.

You were correct. It was an error on Shopify's platform. I did a Live Chat with a Shopify Agent and they were able to fix it with their tech department. The products were still being published on Google's end buy Shopify was displaying that they weren't. Thanks!

I had the same issue and i was wondering if it's affecting my google ads campaign. I tried updating the missing values but it doesn't save everytime and goes back and forth with google channel active and inactive! How to fix this?
The solution is to not use the free app. It has tons of issues. Instead, use datafeedwatch or https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
