Why isn't my Google & YouTube app tracking conversions?

Dear All

I am having problems with our google analytics and adds conversion tracking.

I have installed and set up the app "google & youtube" and followed all the recommendations and setups. However, I am pretty confused. We are getting some analytics and reports. But I am pretty sure that we are getting no conversion tracking. Also, when I try the https://tagassistant.google.com/, it says NO tags are present on our site.

I was under the impression that the app "google & youtube" would setup most of this for us?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS
