Why isn't my Klarna checkout working and how can I get support?

I've followed all steps to setting up Klarna payments but the app doesn't take you to the klarna website to complete checkout. What am I doing wrong? and how do I have someone from support call me to help?

Hi @gnellie1 - the most common issue for integrating Klarna as an alternative payment method is that the Klarna API credentials must match EXACTLY between the Klarna Payments app (where the Klarna API credentials are entered at step 2 at https://www.klarnapayments.com/install) and the Klarna alternative payment method (gateway) in your Shopify store.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, Klarna merchant support is available and happy to help via https://klarna.com/merchant-support

For some regions (like Sweden, Germany, and more), Klarna is also available as a local payment method within Shopify Payments, and for support for Shopify Payments is available from Shopify support.
