Why isn't my Klaviyo discount code working?

I created a 15% discount code using Klaviyo app.  Discount code appeared on Discount section and enable it but still not worling

I understand that you've used the Klaviyo application to create a custom discount, but are having some difficulty getting it to work at checkout. I'm happy to assist with this! I'll need to get some more information from you in order to assist to the fullest, so could you please reply back to this thread with the following information: 

• Are you testing the discount code on your own, or has a customer reported that it doesn't work?
• Is an error message occurring when the discount code is entered?
• If there is an error, please send me a screenshot of that
• Please also send me a screenshot showing what the discount looks like from the admin, as I may be able to identify what the issue is
