Whenever I log in it says adjust time and I do it but it doesn't work

Can you give us more context about what you're meaning here, so that we can figure out your best next steps?
For example, are you attempting to update the timezone for your store within the Settings > Store details > Time zone and units of measurement section within your Shopify admin, as seen below?
