Why isn't my Pre-Order Now WOD app working with the Dawn theme?

Hi,

I have the app (Pre-Order Now WOD) and everything is set up for pre-ordering in their app settings but it doesn't seem to be working properly. I contacted their support team and they stated that "There are a couple of errors that are being generated by your theme and it is affecting our app. We can actually see after a couple of refreshes that our app will work when those errors are not present." Who can I contact to get this fixed? If the only way to fix this is to use a different theme please let me know as soon as possible.
