Why isn't my product reviews app functioning correctly on Pipeline?

I am on Pipeline and trying get the shopify product reviews app working. Its showing on my product pages in the right place but you can't type anywhere after clicking "write a review". I think I still need to insert some code somewhere but when I follow the instructions it tells me sections/product-template.liquid doesn't exist. Is it by some other name in Pipeline?
