Why isn't my refund policy and terms of service showing in the footer menu?

Add the refund policy and terms of service to your footer navigation menu 

isnt filling out even though I did it, its just not being checked.

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting google.

Help?

If you just did this I would give it a couple of days and see if the change is reflected then. Google won't instantly crawl your site.
