Why isn't my sales data updating in real time on the POS app?

Hey there! I’m a band on tour and usually I do not have this problem. 

We are based out of Ohio but we are on the west coast currently. The sales data seems to not update in real time as an order gets processed. So I sell something with the POS app and see the order complete there and I see the order populate in the Shopify admin app. But the total sales for the day do not referent the actual sales even though I see each order present. 

is the time zone change an issue?

We have the same issue right now it seems that some transactions are not count into the day into POS but all seems to be there in admin report.

do Shopify have help to this?
