Why isn't my smart menu app mega menu showing on my website?

I have installed smart menu app to add mega menu on my website easily. I have managed to design mega menu through  smart menu app but unfortunately it is not appearing on the website

Do you mind sharing your URL so I can check the code of your website? It's possible there is no mega menu code existing in your theme. You may need to check the theme customization and whether there is an option to replace the default menu with the mega menu.
