Why isn't Shopify billing API working on my real store?

Hi,

We integrated Shopify billing API into our app and it works fine on development store (test:true), but it does not work on a real store. We set test:null for production and we get a 500 error from Shopify API. App hasn't been reviewed yet, is that the case here?
