Why isn't the embedded script tag running in a specific store?

A store has installed our application and we can see the script_tags embedded in the store also but the embedded script is not running for the store. 

This has happened only for this store and not for other stores. I can see the embedded link for the site but it is still not working.

Anyone from Shopify support can help with this.

Anyone can help on this . I see the embedded script is also not loading for store on this URL.
