We regret to inform you that we are encountering an unexpected issue with our GDPR API webhook endpoint not being triggered from Shopify stores, despite successful testing using curl or Postman. This issue has arisen during the final round of testing just before the submission of our new app for approval.
We have diligently reviewed our webhook configuration and endpoint setup to ensure accuracy, and we can confirm that the webhook is correctly configured and accessible. However, despite our efforts, the webhook remains unresponsive when triggered from Shopify stores.
Regrettably, despite our best attempts, we have been unable to find a resolution to this issue. Our team has exhausted all available troubleshooting options, and with no direct support available from Shopify at this time, we find ourselves at an impasse.
As a result, our app submission process has been delayed, and we are currently unable to proceed until this matter is resolved. We understand the urgency of this situation and the impact it may have on our mutual objectives. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
Might be unrelated but make sure you're verifying the HMAC.

Thanks @alexdaro for your quick reply the problem is not HMAC the root cause is at our end point we are not getting any hit from shopify when we click on erase data from link from store.This problem starts from last friday before that same flow was working properly.Is there any downtime from shopify system end?

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a persistent issue I've been experiencing with the Shopify Compliance API integration.
Despite successful API calls using Postman, I have been unable to replicate the same results when making calls from shopify store. I have thoroughly checked server configurations, API credentials, and request formats to ensure everything aligns with Shopify's requirements.
After multiple attempts to troubleshoot and seeking assistance on the partner forum, I regret to inform you that I have not yet found a solution. This issue has been ongoing for over 20 days, and it's causing a significant delay in resubmitting my app as I await Shopify's approval.
I suspect there may be a potential bandwidth or knowledge issue on Shopify's end that is impeding the successful communication between my server and the Compliance API.
I kindly request your urgent assistance and expertise in resolving this matter. If anyone has encountered similar challenges or has any insights or suggestions to offer, I would greatly appreciate your input.
