Merchant has download an app for shipping methods, they have all correctly set up but customers can't not see the glovo option on their checkou, can anyone help me, please? thanks in advance

To contact the app developer, you head into the Shopify App Store and select Support > Get Support. This will allow the app developers to investigate and ensure the app is working as expected moving forward.
