Why isn't the Mega Menu App showing on my Debut theme?

I'm a collaborator, the site owner just installed Mega Menu App, and It is not showing up on my end. Do I need to request access to Shopify Apps? or if I did something wrong?

Yes you will need to request access to Shopify Apps in order to be able to use those apps.
