Why Shopify payments option is not showing on my shopify account?

You can activate the Shopify Payments gateway by navigating to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments (Activate).

I have an Indian account and got to know that India doesn't have Shopify payments so this issue is resolved.

Where is your store located? Shopify Payments is available only to stores in certain countries. You can check this documentation to see whether your store location country is included in the list.

If Shopify payment is not available in your country then check any of these gateways instead.
