Why the review plugin Product Reviews can't upload images? I didn't find a place that would allow my clients to upload pictures

There is different plugin for products reviews that allow image upload.

Since I don't know the store URL and the name of the app you are using, I wouldn't be able to answer about the issue caused by your app. But I can recommend you a better app for reviews that allows customers to add reviews along with photos and videos. The app is called "Judge me"

This app is very widely used.
