Why was I charged for Spocket when I have no plan?

This morning I was charged $288 for what a presume was the annual fee for Spocket. But when I looked into the app it said that I didn’t have a plan. So I checked if I may have made a Spocket account with another one of my Shopify accounts and come to find out those don’t have a plan either. I only used one Shopify account with my bank info. I can’t figure out a way to contact Spocket if anyone can help that would be AMAZING
