Why won't my apps download on my site?

When I add the loox application ... or other applications on my site ... it does not respond to me and refuses to download the application .. What is the solution or required of me before I download the application?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand not being able to download Loox and several other apps is not an ideal experience.

Earlier, merchants were experiencing issues on the platform when trying to integrate apps or themes to their store. We have reported the issue to our developers who have since resolved the error. 

Best next steps are to clear your cookies and cache and restart your browser before re-downloading the app(s). I'll also share our Shopify Store Status page where you can view our service areas and any known issues.
