Why won't my Instagram/Facebook connect for product tagging?

I am hoping someone can assist me since I cannot find any contact # for Shopify. I have a store set up and am trying to connect my Instagram/Facebook in order to tag products. When I go to the app to connect it takes me to another page where I put in my Facebook credentials and then it immediately brings me back to Shopify to do it again. It seems that it’s not registering or connecting. I’ve tried using different browsers, reinstalled the Facebook app and still can’t get it connected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In this case, I would suggest trying the process again using an incognito tab. This will provide a clean slate without any cached data or cookies, allowing you to re-login to the appropriate accounts and hopefully resolve the issue.
