Why won't my script editor publish my changes?

This is my first time to ask a question.

I'm using a script editor, and when I change from "unpublish" to "save and publish", it just shows a progress bar and doesn't go to the end.

I am using the Shipping script in the script editor, but even when I change from "unpublish" to "save and publish", the progress bar just shows up and I can't finish and update.

Also, when I look at the network errors in my browser, I get the following error

Status code 422

I have confirmed that I can publish another application with the same source above without any problem.

Is there anyone who can tell me what is causing this problem and how to solve it, or is the same problem occurring to anyone else?

It was due to the fact that I had disabled the online store.
