Why won't the products tab open in my ecommerce app?

Hi all

 

Does anyone know a fix for this…on the Shopify app, when I tap on Products to view or add new products or collections, an Execution error pops up (Something went wrong, Execution error). It says to retry. No matter how many times I swipe down to retry and refresh, nothing happens. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone. Logged out and back in and still no difference. It’s been more than a week of this now. 

Any help would be great! Thanks so much.

Thanks for bringing this error to our attention. This is actually a known issue that our developers are currently working on, but there's no fix for it yet. In order for us to help them with their investigation and determine the scope of the issue, could you please create a ticket by visiting our Help Center? One of our support advisors will pass on your store as an example to our Technical Team and they will let you know once the issue is fixed. Please feel free to reach out to our support team whenever you can so we can resolve the error as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use a browser on your phone or on a desktop to work on your products.
