Widget missing

Why has the Shopify widget disappeared from the iPhone iOS - it was the best thing for quick overview. Can you get it back. 
using iOS 13+

Mine also went blank a few days ago, just showing a white square on my screen. Removed it to re-add it and seems like it's not add-able again. 😞

I just got this issue today but the odd thing is it works fine on my Fiance phone and is addable there what is going on

It was after either a Shopify app or iOS update that it stopped working for me.

have you fixed yours yet? I cant figure it out at all i spent hours to day at apple and no luck. Please let me know if you had any luck. I tried it on 2 other iphones and none worked only my fiance this is so odd

Hi, it eventually worked when I upgraded. The apple iOS - are you using a beta version? Sure you have already - but upgrade to latest iOS

it was with the latest update to iOS that mine broke. I don't use beat versions of anything and everything is currently up to date.

Hello, the app started working with the iOS update. I am using a beta version 15.4 (19E5235a) I hope you find a solution. 

i also deleted, and reloaded the Spotify app.

Mine have disappeared off my iPhone but they are still on my iPad working. I’m currently on iOS 15 on my iPhone.

We have seen reports of merchants not being able to view the Shopify Widget in the home section of their IOS device being resolved, our developers are aware of this incident and working towards a fix. At the moment, this appears to be happening with iOS versions 15.3.1 and 15.4. We appreciate your patience as we work through this.

I have 9.56.0 installed, but still no widget is available.
